SKUM collects only what is needed to run the marketplace, process payments, send account emails, and handle safety reports.
Data we process
- Account email and profile fields you provide.
- Uploaded photo metadata needed to display, sell, and deliver photos.
- Purchase/order records needed for payment, download access, support, tax, and fraud review.
- Photographer payout status from Stripe.
- Contact, takedown, and moderation records.
Services we use
SKUM uses Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Stripe for payments and photographer onboarding, Brevo for email/list management, and Coolify/VPS infrastructure for hosting.
Children
SKUM is not aimed at children. Do not create an account if you are under 16. If you believe a minor appears in content without appropriate consent, use the takedown form.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Some records may need to be retained where required for payments, legal claims, fraud prevention, or platform safety.
