Photographers
Photographer terms
These are the rules photographers must accept before uploading sessions or connecting payouts.
Ownership and permission
You may only upload photos you created, own, or are legally authorised to sell. You are responsible for required permissions from event organisers, locations, athletes, guardians, or other rights holders.
Allowed uploads
Upload surf/session photography that buyers can reasonably expect to find on SKUM. Do not upload stolen work, scraped images, impersonation, revenge/intimate images, sexual content, exploitative content, harassment, doxxing, or illegal material.
Minors
Be conservative. Do not upload identifiable minors unless the context is appropriate and you have the required guardian/event consent. Never upload sexualised, humiliating, exploitative, or risky images of minors. SKUM may remove such content immediately.
Moderation and payouts
SKUM may hide or remove content, suspend uploading, hold marketplace activity, or refund buyers while a dispute is reviewed. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account removal.
Reports
If your content is reported, SKUM may ask you for proof of ownership, consent, or authority. Failure to respond can result in removal.
